Steps

Peel your potatoes, wash and cut each into halves. Pour in a pot and sprinkle some salt. Turn on the flame and boil.

Remove and drain, keep aside. Break the eggs, add seasoning, chopped onion and whisk.

Add the potatoes inside the egg mixture and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Drain excess oil and serve.
