સાબુદાણાને આખી રાત પલાડી રાખો. બટેટાને બાફી લો.

સાબુદાણા ને એક મોટા તપેલામાં નીચે પાણી મૂકી ઉપર થાળી માં સાબુદાણા બાફી લેવા. બટાકા કશ કરી લેવા.મરચા, લીંબુનો રસ, જીરૂ મીક્ષરમાં કશ કરી લેવું.

સાબુદાણા, બટાકા, સ્વાદ અનુસાર મીઠું, મરચા ની પેસ્ટ બઘું બરાબર મીક્સ કરો.વેફર ની જાળી નાખી તડકામાં વેફર પાડી દેવી. બે દીવસ સૂકાઈ જાય પછી તળીને ઉપયોગ માં લેવી.બારેમાસ માટે ભરી શકાય છે.
