Mango flavoured chilled giya kheer.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add grated giya.Cook while stirring in between on low flame also add cardamom and saunf powder.

After 3-5 min.giya cooked then add milk.Take 3 tbsp of milk from the glass mix custard powder and this into the giya.

Also add condensed milk & combine well. When milk gets reduced n consistency of the kheer becomes thick turn off the flame.

Transfer this kheer in a bowl & keep it in the refrigerator to get chilled.

It's time to serve the giya kheer with the mango puree.Spread the puree in a serving dish pour kheer in the centre.Garnish with rose syrup and enjoy😋 😋
