Stir-fry Bok Choy with crispy garlic and oyster sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

In a wok or nonstick saucepan, heat vegetable oil with medium heat. Cook garlic for 2-3 min until they become golden brown and crispy. Set aside. Save the oil for cooking Bok Choy. Clean the saucepan.

Heat the saucepan with high heat. Add vegetable oil. Add Bok choi and salt. Stir-frying until it starts to wither. Avoid overcooking. Turn off the heat. Transfer to a serving platter.

For the sauce, heat the same saucepan with high heat and add vegetable oil. Add Oyster sauce, soy sauce and stir continuously until the sauce become caramelized, then reduce the heat to low. You can add a little bit of water to prevent sticking. Add sesame oil and sugar. Mix well and taste.

Top the stir-fry Bok Choy with sauce and crispy garlic. Serve.
