  • Steak (1.5-2 cm thick), oil, salt, pepper

  1. 1

    Dry the meat. Marinate in oil, pepper and salt prior to cooking

  2. 2

    Pan fry each side for 2 mins including the sides to seal the meat

  3. 3

    Cook in oven for 2 mins (Pre-heat 180-200 degrees). Rest for 5 minutes
