Japanese egg sandwich - Tamago sando 🐣

I had some eggs that were close to their expiration date, so I made egg sandwiches 🥪
It’s also an #energysaving recipe as it just needs to boil eggs for 3 minutes!
Japanese egg sandwich - Tamago sando 🐣
I had some eggs that were close to their expiration date, so I made egg sandwiches 🥪
It’s also an #energysaving recipe as it just needs to boil eggs for 3 minutes!
Steps
- 1
Bring water to boil in a pot, then gently put the eggs with a ladle. Gently stir the water with chopsticks for 3 minutes so that the yolk will come in the middle.
* Eggs need to be taken out from the refrigerator just before putting in the pot.
* Pour the water until it covers the eggs. - 2
Stop the heat after 3 minutes and soon cover the pot with a lid. Keep it for 10 mins, open the lid and peel the eggs. Boiled eggs are ready now.
- 3
Chop the boiled eggs with a knife, put them in a bowl and mix with melted butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- 4
Apply some butter on the surface of sandwich bread, put the eggs and make sandwiches. Cut into half. Enjoy as your breakfast, lunch or bring them to picnic!
