Eggless Mango Mousse

Boil milk in a pan,add sugar.Cook on low flame till reduce to 1/3.

Take out and let it cool.

Add 1/2cup mango cubes in a blender,add reduced milj also.Blend to smooth.

Now beat the cream till soft peaks arise.

Add mango mix,food colour and mango essence.Beat till all are incorporated well.

Add 1/2cup mango cubes,mix well.

Take out in serving cups/glasses.Put in fridge for 2 hours.

Serve chilled.
