Mango Frooti

At first take a kadhai add raw mango, ripe mango, sugar and 2 bowl of water. Stir it well. Cover and boil for 10 minutes until mangoes soften. Drain off the mango and blend to smooth paste.

Sieve the pulp and add 4 bowl water and mix it. Adjust the consistency as required. Mango Frooti is ready now. Refrigerate the mango frooti. Pour into a glass. Add ice-cubes and enjoy chilled.....
