250 gsliced mushrooms
Chopped basil
200 ghalved cherry tomatoes
Finely chopped garlic
3chillies cut into rounds
16prawns

Steps

Heat oil in pan. Place sliced mushrooms and brown them on both sides. Season with salt.

Saute garlic and chillies.

Mix in frozen prawns. Cover lid and thaw.

Mix in red pesto sauce and adjust seasoning.

Add tomatoes. Add pasta water and herbs. Mix in pasta.
