Ingredients

  1. Date coconut Ladoo
  2. 1/2 Cupcoconut, grated
  3. 1 tablespoonChocolate powder
  4. 1/2 Cupdates, pitted. chopped
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1/4 CupChocolate powder for coating
  7. Banana date Ladoo
  8. 1/2 Cupcoconut, grated
  9. 1/2 Cupdates, pitted
  10. 1TbspCardamom powder (optional)
  11. Pinchsalt
  12. 2 cupbanana slices
  13. 1/4 CupWalnut powder
  14. snack, dessert

Cooking Instructions

    Place the necessary ingredients in the cooking area within reach.

    In a bowl soak the dates in warm water for 1-2 minutes. Take out and remove the seed. Cut into small pieces.
    To make the chocolate date laddu:
    Place the grated coconut, chocolate powder and salt in a mixer or food processor and pulse a couple of times. Add the chopped dates and pulse for 10 seconds. Do not overdo it. (Picture) Take out and make a balll with 1 tablespoon mixture--Large gooseberry size. You can make
    6 laddus. Roll the laddus in the chocolate powder (pictured)

    To make banana date fruit balls:
    Place coconut, cardamom powder and salt in a mixer or food processor and blend for 1 minute. Do not mash. Add and Pulse the date and banana for 10 seconds. Do not overdo it. Take it out and roll it the size of a lemon fruit by hand. Can make 3 laddus.
    Roll the balls in walnut powder (pictured)
    and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Refrigeration makes the ingredients stick together.
