Ingredients

60-90 minutes
2 small loaves
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspcinnamon
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  8. 2 tbsmilk
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. 3banana, mashed
  11. 1/2 cupnut (walnut, almond, etc), optional
  12. Choco chips, optional

Cooking Instructions

60-90 minutes

    Preheat oven to 325F

    Mixed well all the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Stir egg, sugar and oil.

    Combine wet mixture to dry ingredients. Add in milk, vanilla extract and mashed banana. Stir until well blended.

    Mixed in chopped nuts, divide to two small loaves. Sprinkle choco chips on top.

    Oven for 50-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Tent the loaves with aluminum foil if the surface too brown.
