In a bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder, oil, and the required amount of water and knead to make chapati dough.

Add oil in the pan and add fennel seeds. Add the chopped onion and fry. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry.

When everything is done fry, add mashed potatoes, and fry well. Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and salt, and fry well. Finally, sprinkle with coriander leaves.

Take a small ball from the dough and rub it well along the length. Cut it in half. Fold it like a cone and cover it with potato masala inside.

Pre-heat the oven and bake at 200°c for 25 minutes.

Now prepared the delicious baked samosa.
