This is an innovative dish made with pancakes. First I prepared regular pancakes then gave them toppings of spicy chutney, sweet chutney,sev,boondi and some salads to make it more tasty and healthy

First prepare pancakes for this, add water in premix, make batter

Mint Coriander Chutney

Pour one ladleful batter on hot tawa, roast on both the sides

Spongy Pancakes

Now spread tomato ketchup on pancakes

Spread both chutneys

Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves
