Makhana is an excellent source of several important Nutrients. And healthy for kids to strengthens the Bones and Teeth of growing Babies. Also healthy for all age group.

Keep a Pan on Gas and roast Makhana in a low flame.

Add 2 tbs Pure Ghee and roast up to 15 min till Makhana get absolutely chruncy.

Stirring properly.

Add 1/2 tea spoon Black Pepper powder and Salt as per taste.

Mix everything properly.
- 6
Let it cool till it comes to the room temperature.
and then fill it in the Lunch Box.
