1 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter (room temp)
2eggs
2 tspvanilla
1 1/2 cupsflour
1 3/4 tspbaking powder
Pinchsalt
1/2 cupmilk

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beat. Add vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mix with addition of the milk.

Spread into a 8" square, buttered and floured pan

Bake 30 - 40 minutes at preheated oven.
