Spinach is loaded with many Vitamins & Minerals. Serve this healthy Paratha to your Kids and apply much Butter. And they will jump with joy.

First wash Spinach Leaves properly and then finely chopped.

In a mixing bowl take 2 cup wheat floor, then add Red chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Carom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, 1 tsp Oil and Salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients properly then add finely chopped Spinach Leaves.

Knead soft dough using water little by little.

Take a small portion and roll it into a Paratha,

Cook the Paratha on medium to high flame.

Apply Butter on both side. Cook both sides till Brown patches appear.

Serve with Tomato Chutney.
