Wash and Soak all the Beans and Rice in water for minimum 8 hours.

After that grind to smooth batter and transfer to a large bowl.

Add Salt and mix well. Let it ferment for 8 to 10 hours.

After 8 to 10 hours add Curd in the Batter and mix well. Then Boil water in a Idli pan, Grease idli plates with little oil and pour idli batter to each molds.

Place Idli plates inside the Idli pan. Steam it for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Cool down little. Soft and Spongy Healthy Idli is ready.

Serve these Idli with Coconut and Peanut Chutney.
