In a large bowl, stir together the flour, spinach paste, and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.

Cover it and keep it aside for 20 mins.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls. Apply some oil to the balls and cover them. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Spread oil on the wood on the top. Place the ball on it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

Make small pleats and roll them into a round ball. Do the same with the remaining balls. Cover it and leave it aside 5 minutes. Now take the rested balls and roll like chapati

Heat tawa and place the rolled roti on it. Drizzle little ghee or oil and cook it from both sides until lightly brown and crisp.
