Ingredients

1yam
4scotch bonnet
3seasoning cubes
1onion
1onga
1 tspcurry
5eggs
Pinchsalt
Oil

Steps

1

Wash and pour the yam into a pot and add water.
2

Boil it for 20 minutes or until soft and drain.

Pour the yam into a mortar and pound thoroughly until smooth
4

Add all the remaining ingredients.

Wash your hand, scoop and mould into balls
6

Deep inside egg and fry until golden brown.
