Ingredients

3-4 people
  1. 500 gmsRefined flour
  2. 4-5 pcsPotatoes paste of 4- 5 pcs
  3. As RequiredVegetables (peas, corn, capsicum)
  4. 1/2 tbspBlack pepper
  5. 1/2 tbspBlack salt
  6. 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tbspGaram masala
  8. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 cupRoasted vermicelli
  10. 1 /2 tbspCorn starch
  11. 2 tbspPoha
  12. As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the potatoes to paste in a big bowl.

  2. 2

    Now add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, black salt, poha, and in the end corn starch. Mix it with potato paste properly.

  3. 3

    Now make the shapes of the paste as per your choice. Now take some dry refined flour in one bowl and make the semi-thick slurry in another bowl.

  4. 4

    Now first dip the raw cutlets in dry flour and then slurry and then put in roasted vermicelli powder and so on.

  5. 5

    Keep them in freeze for 5-10 mins. Veg cutlets are ready and served with ketchup.
