Firstly, wash the sabudana properly 2-3 times and then soak into overnight. Sabudana should be separate and moist drain water.

Take a kadhai add oil and fry peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.

Then fry potato and cook until soft. Add capsicum. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili and saute well. Add tomato, salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Add sabudana and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. When sabudana looks transparent add garam masala, lemon juice, and peanuts, and mix everything well.

Sabudana Pulao is ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve in a lunch box and enjoy...
