Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsSabudana
  2. 1/2 BowlPeanuts
  3. 1Finely Chopped Potato
  4. 1Finely Chopped Onion
  5. 1Finely Chopped Tomato
  6. 1Finely Chopped Capsicum
  7. 1Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  8. 1/2 BowlChopped Coriander Leaves
  9. 1 TbspMustard Seeds
  10. 1 TbspSalt
  11. 1/4 TbspBlack Salt
  12. 1 TbspCoriander Powder
  13. 1/2 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  14. 1/4 TbspGaram Masala
  15. 1/4 TbspDry Mango Powder
  16. 1Lemon Juice
  17. 7-8Curry Leaves
  18. 4-5 TbspOil

Steps

    Firstly, wash the sabudana properly 2-3 times and then soak into overnight. Sabudana should be separate and moist drain water.

    Take a kadhai add oil and fry peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Then fry potato and cook until soft. Add capsicum. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chili and saute well. Add tomato, salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder and mix well and cook for a few minutes.

    Add sabudana and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. When sabudana looks transparent add garam masala, lemon juice, and peanuts, and mix everything well.

    Sabudana Pulao is ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve in a lunch box and enjoy...
