Grated pumpkin boil in water for 2 to 3 min. Squeeze it tightly. Now grated carrot, chopped capsicum & pumpkin mix in a bowl.

Add all dry spices & lemon juice. Mix all ingredients proper. Now add bread crums & make a smooth dough.

Take some oil in your hands, make round shape cutlets. We can prepare it all together.

In a pan add oil heat it proper.
Make thin batter from cornflour, dip tikki in it gently & fry in oil on mid flame. - 5
Fry it till golden brown from both sides. Serve it with thick dip. (yogurt, ketchup & mint powder mix together). Try at once, hope kids like it dry much.
