In a bowl add boiled corn kernels, garlic powder, chili flakes, paprika, Cajun seasoning, capsicum, flour, and milk.

Add water to make a thick batter
- 3
Add coriander leaves, baking powder, onion, and lemon zest and mix well
- 4
Take a pan and heat, add little olive oil and add 1 ladle of batter but for a small pancake. Cook until golden and flip sides, cook for 1 min, and set aside

Plate, add salsa on top, and watch your kid enjoy lunch
