This toast is without bread and have used flattened rice along with veggies.

Presenting a no fire recipe full of veggies , its no bread POHA TOAST .
This toast is without bread and have used flattened rice along with veggies.
Steps

Assemble ingredients, and finely chop all veggies.

Grind flattened rice for few seconds.
In a mixing bowl add flattened rice + semolina + sugar + salt + ginger + green chilli + curd + little water and mix well. Keep aside for 10 - 12 minutes. - 3
Then add all chopped vegetables + special masala and mix well. The mixture will absorb all water, so add water accordingly, we need an idli batter-like consistency.
So add water as required, lastly, add fruit salt / baking soda and give a gentle mix. - 4
Grease sandwich maker mould, add around 3 tbsp of mixture and spread evenly.
Switch on the sandwich maker and toast for around 7-8 minutes, the upper surface dries up and turns slight brownish. - 5
After a few seconds, de mould and it is ready to Serve.
