    First beat the cream with electric beater

    Now in a glass bowl add Chocolate compound and fresh cream, microwave for 30 seconds

    Add this mixture in whipped cream

    Whisk again, Mousse is ready

    Now for serving, in a small bowl add Chocolate Ganache then mousse
