Ingredients

45 min
  • 1and a half cup of Plain flour
  • 2coffee spoon of Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoonSugar
  • 1 cupMilk
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1medium egg (room temperature)
  • 3/4 tablespoonCooking oil or melt butter

  1. 1

    Mix all liquid ingredients together :milk, egg, vanilla essence and cooking oil

  2. 2

    Then add all dry ingredients :plain flour, baking powder and sugar then mix well

  3. 3

    While cooking it in a dry pan with medium fire, don't add oil or no need to spray pan.
