When it rains in the monsoon season, sweet corn pods grow out of the ground. Thus, now due to modern agriculture, American corn is available year-round, but the sweetness of this corn is somewhat different in the monsoon. That's why today I made a very nice dish using American corn in a monsoon special dish.
Crispy Cheesy Butter Masala Corn is made by stuffing American corn kernels into toothpicks and frying them with butter, cheese and other spices. These corns are loved by everyone from kids to adults.
