Ingredients

  1. Whole Tilapia
  2. 1.5 tbsp.Sugar
  3. PinchSalt
  4. Shallot
  5. 1 cloveGarlic
  6. 4pcs.Red Chili
  7. 10 pcs.Bird eye chili
  8. 3 tbsp.Fish Sauce
  9. 1whole lime
  10. Vegetable oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Slice red and green Chilli,Shallot and Garlic into pieces as shown • Add sugar + Fish sauce + lime juice as below • Sauce Done 😋

    Clean and dry •Slice fish as shown

  3. 3

    Check your oil temperature is ready to cook I do this by putting a wooden chopstick into the oil and if it bubble the oil ready to cook
    •Add fish and don’t move for approximately 3 mins to prevent the fish from sticking to the pan and continue until cooked and the turn repeat on the other side

  4. 4

    2 style serve 😋
