Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2raw mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/2Onion seeds
  • 1/2 TeaspoonFennel Seeds
  • 1/2 TeaspoonCoriander Seeds
  • 1/4 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1/4 TeaspoonRed Chili Powder
  • 3 TablespoonsSugar
  • Salt to sate
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 TablespoonOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a wok, heat oil, add in the onion, fennel and coriander seeds, allow to splutter.

  2. 2

    Add mango, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour in the water, simmer for 10-15 minutes, until most of the water has evaporated.
