  • 1/2 cupwhite Urad dal
  • 1/2 cupblack split urad dal
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4 tbspsrice
  • 1 cupGhee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast both the urad dal and rice till they are golden in colour.

    Grind 1 cup sugar and keep it aside. Mix sugar with the ground mixture of urad dal in a bowl and melted ghee.

  3. 3

    Make ladoos with this mixture and keep it in air tight container and store it in dry place
