For many rich, expensive food and delicacy are good food whereas for some people simple food is good food.
This difference in attitude and thinking is an individualistic view, as it is said happiness is within us, if we think we are happy then only we are happy and if we think we are not happy, then only we are not happy.
So happiness is all about attitude. So it becomes our prime duty to be happy with simple food and whatever we have instead of running after delicacies.
Hence, on the 75th Independence Day, presenting Tri Colour effect on a simple dish. It’s Tri Color Sandwich and Tri Color Open Sandwich.
Saffron - Carrot
White - Mayonnaise
Green - Capsicum and Cucumber

Saffron - Carrot
White - Mayonnaise
Green - Capsicum and Cucumber
Steps

Prepare green Chutney by grinding coriander leaves + ginger + green chilli. Grate Carrot.
Assemble all ingredients. - 2
Take two mixing bowls, add 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise in each bowl, add grated carrot in one bowl, and in another bowl add green Chutney + capsicum + cucumber.

Take bread slices, and spread a medium thick layer of green colour mixture.

Place a bread slice on top of green layer. Then spread a thick layer of mayonnaise. Cover it with a bread slice.

Then spread a layer of carrot mixture and cover it with another bread slice.

The sandwich is ready, cut diagonally and Serve.
