  1. 7 ozpasta (any type you like) (200 grams)
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoonspesto without garlic
  3. 1/4 cupshelled pistachios (about 1.25 oz or 35 grams)
  4. 5 ozsmoked salmon (150 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  6. as neededWater,

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the pasta in salted water for the time indicated on the package (about 10 minutes).

    Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons pistachios (about 0.9 oz or 25 grams), reserving the rest, 8 tablespoons of pasta cooking water, and the pesto to a blender or food processor.

    Blend until you get a smooth, creamy sauce.

    Drain the pasta and add the pistachio-pesto cream.

    Mix well, then add the smoked salmon, torn into pieces.
