Perfect Orange Marmalade/ Sweet Soy Glaze (For Ham or Pork Loin)

Add all ingredients to a pot or saucepan.
Cook on the stove, med-high heat, bringing to a boil then cover and simmer. Stir often, prevent scorching, til liquid forms a glaze to desired thickness/ consistency. (Keep in mind it may thicken as it cools) - 2
Drizzle atop your ham or pork tenderloin. Enjoy! 😋
