Cut chicken breast and all vegetables in julienne.

Take a bowl and Add chicken, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, vinegar, baking soda and keep it aside.

Boil the pasta and keep it aside.

Heat up a wok and add 1 table spoon oil and chicken.

Cook chicken on high flame for 5 to 7 minutes and take it out in a bowl.

In the same wok add the remaining oil and add ginger, and garlic.
Cook until golden brown - 7
Add green chilli, carrots, onions and mushrooms.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. - 8
Add bell peppers. Cook for a minute

Meanwhile in a seprate bowl make the sauce.
1 cup warm water
Chicken cube, oyster sauce, soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce, ketchup, tomato paste.
Mix well. - 10
Now add boiled pasta, chicken and sauce to the wok and cook until the liquid disappears.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
