Sattu Chilla is a popular and healthy recipe. It's a traditional snack in Bihar as street food as well as home made also. If children are reluctant to eat veggies, it's the best way to make vegetables chilla for them. This chilla is delicious and tasty.
Steps

Chop the veggies, onion, ginger-green chili, coriander, and curry leaves. Set aside.

Make the sattu batter with sattu powder, sooji, rice flour, cumin seeds and rest masala. Rest for half an hour to one hour.

Mix the veggies, onion, and green leaves as mentioned. Mix well.

Take a wok and heat with 1 Tsp oil. Spread one ladle of sattu and veggies batter and roast in medium heat and then low flame.

Roast both the sides. It takes 5-7 minutes to cook each chilla. Serve with coriander chutney/tea.

Sambar powder is used as per choice.
