For torai :-

Wash, peel and cut torai into pieces. now in a pan add oil, add cumin seeds mix it well.

Now add tomato puree, add salt, add turmeric powder, add red chilli powder, add coriander powder mix it well.

Now add torai and mix it again and cover with a plate for 5 min.on low flame now torai is ready.

Combine all the ingredients Mix it well now add water little by little and mix.knead to form a smooth and soft dough.

Cover and let the dough rest for 15-20 min.divide the dough into 5-6 equal parts.Now using your rolling pin,roll the dough to a circle of 7-8 inch diameter.

Transfer the rolled paratha on to the hot tawa.cook the side for a min.or two and then flip over.Apply ghee on the half cooked side and flip again.now apply ghee on the other side as well.press with spatula.

For paratha :-

Cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown spot on them.now paratha is ready.
