Mash bananas. Add sugar and oil. Whisk till sugar dissolves.

Then sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix with banana mixture. Mix well.

Then add milk and lemon juice mix well.

Pour in a greased loaf pan and decorate with bananas.

Bake in a preheated oven on 180⁰ for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serve with tea or coffee.
