Saw the recipe for this Sweet and Sour sauce online and wanted to give it a try. I like sweet and sour chicken, but have seen some crazy recipes that made it seem like it wasn't worth the bother. Ingredients

  • 3boneless skinless chicken breast chopped
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • 1/2 cuppineapple juice
  • 6 tbsprice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsptamari sauce(soy)
  • 1 tbspcorn starch
  • 1 tbspketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cupcorn starch(to toss chicken in)

    Toss your chicken in corn starch, salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until cooked through and golden.

  2. 2

    Combine all other ingredients and warm over low heat

  3. 3

    Pour over chicken and continue to cook until chicken is coated. Pour into a large bowl and serve over rice.
