Take a grinder jar, add rice and dal, grind it to coarse powder, like suji.

Take it in big bowl, add curd and 1 cup water. mix it well and give rest for 2 hours.

Now add all dry masala shown in ingredients and add 2 tbsp oil and eno. mix it well till batter turn fluffy.

Take a medium hot oil in kadai, make vada with help of tea strainer and drop into medium hot oil. cook till golden brown in colour. enjoy it with chutney.
