@sur_wah_kitchen You can substitute Rice flour with powdered Poha or flattened rice or Maida . I haven't tried with Maida , but here in South India and Karnataka, they make pure Maida chakli called murukku . Or, you can make with Urad daal flour and maida and see how it turns out! 😊
