250 gmRice flour
2 tspGreen chilli paste
1/2 cupFresh milk cream or Oil optional
2 tbspCurd/1/2 cup Buttermilk
As per tasteSalt to taste
1 tspCumin seeds
2 tspwhite sesame seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder

Take the mixing bowl add flour plus all the ingredients and spices and now bind semi soft dough and rest for 15-20mins minimum.

Now take a small portion of dough and refill it in the Chakli machine, grease the machine with oil before preparing the Chakli.

Now dip fry them till they are golden colour and crisp
