  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1/4 tspkalaunji
  • 1 tbspsalt

    Take a plate add maida, oil, ajwain, kalaunji. mix it well.

    Sprinkle some water make a smooth dough by kneading continuously. cover for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Take a small dough ball and make three types of nimki.

  4. 4

    First chocolate, second jilebi, third cinnamon stick.

  5. 5

    Very tasty for tea time.
