Steps

Cook meat in salt, garlic and garam masala add enough water for rice.

When it’s ready remove meat from stock and set aside. We need the stock for rice to cook.

Now fry onion, for 2 mins on high heat, now add tomatoes stir fry 2 mins. Add the stock. Bring it to a boil. Now taste the salt if u need more add some at this point. Now add the rice cook 10 mins on high. When water is absorbed keep it on low for 10 mins. Cover it with lid.

Now fry the meat on high in oil. When its nicely fried like mine add it to the rice. Fry raisins on high and add that too. Put it on low heat now cover the lid and cook for 10 more mins. Ready.
