This traditional konkani style breakfast dish. Normally prepares on fasting days. Healthy and protein rich breakfast.

Soak urad dal and moong dal for 2 hours

Then grind it into a fine batter. Add salt, and mix well. No need to ferment the batter for this dosa.
Heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter, spread it thin, sprinkle little oil over it, cook till crispy, then flip it and cook for few seconds.

Serve crispy dosa with coconut
