Tomato dhania shorba is a Indian version of tomato soup which is spicy, light and delicious. It is made with tomatoes, coriander stems and some khada masala. Generally it is made during winter and rainy season.

Tomato dhania shorba is a Indian version of tomato soup which is spicy, light and delicious. It is made with tomatoes, coriander stems and some khada masala. Generally it is made during winter and rainy season.
Steps

Crush whole dhania seeds, cumin seeds and pepper corn coarsely in mortar and pestle separately. Crush garlic cloves (with skin) along with ginger coarsely.

In a pan heat oil. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, above crushed masala, crushed garlic and ginger. Saute for sometimes.

Add roughly chopped tomatoes, green chili, and coriander stems. Add salt, turmeric powder and chopped coriander leaves. Stir well. Cook until tomatoes turns soft and mashy.

Then add 3 cios water. Stir it. Cover with lid and cook on low flame for atleast 20-25 minutes. Then strain mixture properly by pressing with spoon.

Tomato dhania shorba is ready to serve. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and enjoy hot.
