Steps

Boil noodles, drain and set aside.

Chop the tomatoes, onion, spring onion greens and set aside. Mince garlic

In a pan heat oil, add a beaten egg and make a scrambled egg, set aside

In the same pan add further oil add sliced onions, spring onion greens chopped few and sauté for 2 mins. Add chopped tomatoes and cook covered to soften

Add minced garlic and stir and cover to soften further. Add vegetable broth and bring it to boil. Add soya sauce, salt, sugar, tomato ketchup. Stir

Add scrambled egg. Cook covered for 2 mins

Break a egg into the tomato mix and immediately switch off the flame.

Plate the noodles first, top with tomato soup, garnish with rest of spring onion greens chopped and chopped red chillies
