In a Kadai add ghee, and roast the dry fruits. Remove and keep it aside. Once cooled blend it coarsely.

In the same Kadai roast, the coconut did. Color shouldn't change.

Roast the methi seeds till aromatic. When it cools make a fine powder. Now roast the poppy seeds.

In the same Kadai take ghee, and roast the flour till the color changes and you get an aroma of the flour. Add all the ingredients one by one, poppy seeds, coconut, saunth powder, ganthola powder, methi powder, kharek powder, batrisu powder, and coarsely grounded dry fruits.

Now in another Kadai heat ghee, add jaggery. On slow flame allow the ghee to melt. When it melts completely remove the Kadai from the gas. Now mix it with the flour mixture. Mix well till everything mixes thoroughly.

Make small or big balls as per your choice. Add ghee (hot), if required.

Methi ladoos are ready.
