Steps

Cut the beef and wash

Put the beef in a clean pot, add ½tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, slice onion, seasonings and spices. cover and allow to simmer on low heat

Fry the meat with vegetable oil till brown

In a clean pan, add little veg oil, fry ginger-garlic paste, add grated pepper and onion, fry on low heat

Add seasonings and slices to taste

Mix the fried meat in the sauce and keep aside

Wash and chop green pepper, red pepper, and cucumber
- 8
Use skewers to arrange first cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, meat respectively
