In a bowl 🥣 and add prawns, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, turmeric powder, lemon juice 🍋, oil and salt 🧂 and mix well.marinate for 30 mins, in a pan and add 4 tbsp oil, add marinated prawns and fry them, till golden. Remove and keep aside.

In another pan, add ghee& oil, add sliced onions 🧅 saute until golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste 🧄 and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes 🍅 and mix well, cover for 4-5 mins on medium flame.

Uncover after 4-5 mins and add turmeric powder, Arabic masala, Biryani masala, cumin powder, chillies powder,salt 🧂 and yogurt mix well, add hot water and mix well, cook for 5-6 mins, add fried prawns, chopped coriander leaves 🌿, chopped mint leaves 🌱 and mix well, cook for 6 mins. Remove from flame and keep aside.

For rice: in a boil water add black cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, salt and ghee let it boil, then add soaked rice 🍚, add chopped coriander leaves 🌿, mint leaves 🌱, boil the rice till 70 % is done, remove and drain keep aside.

For rice layer: in a pan add ghee, give one layer of rice, add fried onions 🧅, chopped coriander leaves 🌿, mint leaves 🌱, prawns mixture, give another layer of rice, add remaining prawns mixture on top and again add fried onions 🧅, chopped coriander leaves 🌿, mint leaves 🌱, sprinkle a pinch of garam masala powder, 2 tbsp ghee spread it, arrange whole green chillies, cover with a aluminum foil and cook for 5- 11 mins on slow flame and serve hot.
