Vegetables Fried Rice

Heat oil and fry the chopped veggies. Set aside.

Take ghee in kadhi and fry cashews. Keep aside.

On low flame add cumin and all whole garam masala and then add chopped onions, cook till golden. Add grated, ginger and garlic and saute till rawness is gone.

Add red chilli powder, cooked veggies and rice. Mix well. Garnish with friends cashews, mint leaves and serve with curd raita.
